I am a newbie here and desperately need some help
I have been juggling legal stuff and forms to evict a tenant who has considerable arrears
They have been issued with a 6A  with two months notice and refuse to move
The next steps seem very daunting so in searching the internet I came across
a company called   ---- Landlord help and Advise UK
Has anyone heard or dealt with this company

Hi I'm afraid I don't have any experience in this either but wanted to say I emphathise w you as I may be heading that way as well .
I have been getting some advice from the forum here and also spoken to legalforlandlords and landlordadvice . Google them for contact details .

What is a 6A notice as I have not heard of it !

Form 6A - the prescribed form of section 21 notice under Housing Act 1988 in England for assured shorthold tenancies granted on or after 1 October 2015, not including statutory periodic tenancy arising from a fixed term tenancy granted before that date.
