Hey Guys
New to this site
I have a few property's and want to get them all organised (at last)
I either want to buy some software or use a decent spreadsheet that will help me track and organise
I want to enter all the details of the tenant
Enter details of the utilities, Insurance, Rent due, gas and electric test due, maintenance issues etc etc  and maybe some financials ??

It seems most of this stuff is american, I would prefer something thats UK based but will look at anything just to get organised more
Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I too am interested in budgeting/cash flow forecasting software. Did you receive any suggestions from your post?

How about you design your own spreadsheet? It is not so difficult. You will probably enjoy the experience and it will be just how you think you want it. Next years spreadsheet will be even better. Copy the bits you like from on line spreadsheets. Leave out the bits you dont. You could also start of very basic and build on it as an ongoing project. And it is free.
