Hi I issued a section 8 and a section 21 through a legal agency and now they won't money £900 upfront that I don't have    the deposit was not protected and tenant is £ 3000 in rent arrears Is it worth protecting deposit now!! The tenant asked me 2 time s to use deposit for rent arrears!! I no I'm screwed thanks 🙏 looking louie
