Hi,
I had so many problems with the last tenants. I sent them section 21.
They left owning me almost 3 months. The tenants said I can have the deposit.
But now he doesn't sign to release the deposit. I didn't know about this. It's not fair.
What can i do??
Are they going get back the deposit?
