hi all

long story story, i got a court order for disrepair, even tho the property was renovated 4 years ago,but my question is if anyone can help is..... what if a sell the property, what happens to the court order?

With the tenants in situ?
Court order by the council?

I feel we need a lot more detail in order to comment.

tenants are still in property, we served a notice tenants didn't leave, we went to court posession and the tenants got 'Shelter' did a counter claim for disrepair.

You'll never sell with the tenants in the house and a disrepair order on the property. As part of the solicitors selling/buying enquiries the council are involved and will block the sale.
