Hi, having rented a number of properties using local agents I have decided to save £££ and manage my new property myself. I am happy to do the viewings/check in/inventory etc so just need assistance with Rightmove marketing and documentation. Can anyone advise of an online agent that can offer these services? Also would like a To Rent board - do any agents offer this..? Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated!

Openrent 100%.  Great site, easy to use.  Don't need a board.  I only had one once....someone stole the lead off my roof as soon as it went up.  I got my documents from NLA.  Can't you get docs from this site too?  Also need a sixth sense and skin like a rhino.  Good luck.
