Scared to death. I am a 54 year old women living alone with this ticking time bomb.  He just moved in on February 1st. A verbal agreement was this is a sober house which was witnessed by the girl that recommended him. I picked him up drunk outside all bloody a week after he moved in and it's been a nightmare everyday since. He's been saying he's moving out  But he's lied about everything and told the truth about nothing. He and my friend went and rented a storage unit for his stuff. My friends idea and he did cooperate  Please send good thoughts my way that he gets out tomorrow. I've taking off work all week to be home in case anything happens. I can't eat or sleep and I sit here trembling.  He has the door open to the apartment and has the heat blasting.  I had to turn off my heat to conserve fuel. If he does not move out by tomorrow I will start the eviction process on Monday. I am already beat down by this whole mess and the fight has not even started.

Are you sharing a house with this person?  Is he a lodger?

Fair enough if you don't want him living with you, all you have to do is give him a notice of eviction then if he doesn't leave you can call the police but has he actually done anything to make you so worried or are you just against drinking and being uptight?
