Just want to ask The Landlord, have you ever hear of this online letting agent outfit? They seem to be able to look at check viewings as well for a fixed price? I wonder how they do this? Is this something that people with properties far away can use with using a traditional brick-and-mortar agent?

Never heard of them. I suspect they sub contract high street agents from around the country to do the viewings. I think that's how most of them work anyways.

I'll fire them an email to find out what the deal is

Ahhh wait. It says, "Viewings: urbansalesandlettings arrange viewings with tenants and buyers" - not sure if that means they arrange for the landlord/seller to meet the tenant/buyer at the property, or if they actually take the viewings themselves.

I'll see what they come back with.

I sent them an email saying the following: "Regarding the viewing process when looking for tenants. Do you arrange the viewing so the landlord meets the prospective tenant at the property at an arranged time, or do you actually take the viewings for the landlord?"

Their response was this: "We suggest that our landlords host their own viewings whenever possible in order to be flexible."

Their response was pretty stupid because it didn't really answer my question, all they did was provide a "suggestion"- but i'm assuming it's up to the landlord to take the viewing.
