hello folks can anyone help me please.  I have rented out a house as part furnished...it has a large pine dining table in dining room. Tenant has ordered a new table for herself and wants the pine table removed from premises. I dont have anywhere to put it and cant afford storage costs for it. As it was there on inventory and she took house part furnished....do I have to move the table or does she have to store it and out it back when she leaves ??? thanks

If the tenant has already signed the contract they are bound by that contract. I assume the contract specifies the furnishings that are included, and makes the tenant responsible for taking care of them. If this is the case you have no obligation to move it at all. In fact, from the tenant's point of view they should be very wary of asking you to do anything with the furniture, as they are contractually responsible for it.
