I have a tenant , who has an agreed dog , however recently a large dog has also appeared , he states he is looking after it while his mother recovers from an operation .It appears quite well behaved , however my concerns are what are my Liabilities in relation to a third party if the dog   bites anyone whilst "looking" over a small wall that surrounds the garden
