My tenants have left and I have insurance to cover the rent short-fall less excess.
How can I ensure that this is highlighted on their credit reports - they have walked away from the debt without leaving a forwarding address.
I am sure this will also affect the council tax and other utilities.
I have been burned how do I help others by putting this out into the credit-score and bad debt financial world.
Perhaps you have experience that you could post and share.
