Hi

I would like to change my Letting Agents as I am unhappy with the service they are providing. Apart from the 2 month notice period, they are also suggesting a cancellation fee of £600!! 

The Letting Agents are employed to provide a full management service and hence take a couple of % in fees per month.

Is this right, or are they trying it on?

What does the contract you signed with them say?
