We received a section 21 on 13th January, have been struggling to find a new property because of a CCJ & a guarantor. We have been told to look at the section 21 to make sure its valid & spelt correctly the landlords address is wrong we know where he lives & the one on the section 21 is for the letting agent not his the letting agents address is on the bottom of the form as well.

Also when we moved in we had a fixed term tenancy in May of 2013, this changed to a periodic tenancy in October 2016. we received a section 21 (4) (a) should we have received a section 21 form 6A.
