My landlord in PA gave me permission to break my lease a month and a half ago. Said I was responsible for the bills up until I left. I paid those. Now since she hasn't found a new tenant she is trying to sue me for utilities still on (in her name that was switched back over)and the rest of rent. She gave me permission for all of this via text message and I have the messages saved. Is this legal in Pennsylvania for her to sue me after permission?

Who knows what's legal for Yankee-doodle-dandies... this forum is not focused on that - strange - part of the world. I just hope no-one has an AR-15 to-hand, and tries to settle it that way.
