I rent a big piece of land from a landlord who rents from someone else.hes only given me written lease 6 years ago and I've paid him rent in his bank and in his pocket for past 6 years. He said he needs to expand his buisness reason for him asking me to go.surely he cannot ask me to move my buisness as simple as this where I've grown as a car dealer
I do not intend on going as I'm well k own in this area where I was brought up and people no me for my cars.ive also spent thousands of pounds restoning the land installing a new garage and cctv too.what grounds do I have to fight and stay please
