I have had a tenancy since February last month. Without getting into to much detail I split with my partner and couldn't afford the short fall of rent. I got served an eviction notice for tomorrow which is fine, but today when I've been to get be remaining things and clean the property the locks have been changed?! I'm so confused I don't know what's going on!

Is it illegal for them to enter without my permission??
Can I get my stuff back??

HELP I am severely depressed I'm only 23 with two toddlers and this really isn't helping my situation

No green bank rentals the letting agents sent the letter but obviously it was the landlords decision because I got in arrears

Totally illegal eviction, could land the LL in jail.  You need to phone shelter and get advice from them.
