Mt tenant started AST on 1/3/14. Then gave me a letter on 28/3 14 giving 1 months notice to leave on 1/4/14  ,and asked that as she wants to leave early  she can't wait for deposit to be returned, then she changed her mind ( council house not ready and advised by council to stay in the house and we would have to go to court  ) when we found out that she was not moving out deposit went into DSP, she has now said she is leaving on  2 or 3 of July, will I sign a letter to say that she has given her notice and we accept her leaving, if I sign it ( happy that she is leaving ) what should I write on a letter that she will not be pursing me for late payment of deposit into scheme even when she asked me not to and I still have original letter giving notice, she has verbally agreed to sign a letter but I would feel a lot happy with a written assurance , thanks for any help received , nicky
