 HI MY NAME IS MIRO. I NEED HELP WITH MY CASE. OK SO IN LAST COUPLE WEEKS IN BOILER AERA WAS SOME NOISE (SOUND LIKE BOILER WANT TOP UP ALL THE TIME ). THIS SOUND BECOME LOUD AND LOUD. I DECIDE MAKE CALL TO AGENCY ( IM RENTING FLAT FROM THEM). TWO DAYS LATER PLUMBER CAME TO  CHECK WHATS THE PROBLEM. AFTER 20MIN TIME IT WAS SOME ANSWER. I MEAN PRESSURE REGIUSER ITS FAULTY. HE SAID NOW HE NEEDS TO ORDER IT PART. I START ASK HIM WHO SHOULD PAY FOR THIS WATER WHATS BEEN LEAKS IN PIPES SOMEHERE. LET SAID WASTE. SINCE PLUMBER LEFT I DECIDE TO TORN OFF WATER COMPLETELY TO DONT WASTE WATER ANY MORE. MY QUESTION IS NOW WHO SHOULD PAY FOR THIS WATER WHATS BEEN WASTE? ALL WHAT I KNOW BILL WILL BE VERY VERY HIGH COST ((. IF SOMEONE KNOW WHATS A NORMAL PROCEDURE PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. THANKS.REGARDS MIRO

 :)hi micro ,. go and see agency tell them you are worried may cause
you a larger bill due to waste of water.. you can also put in writing to them
keep a copy.. once you have made them aware. wait till your water bill comes in
compare the cost of this to your normal bill.. if there is a large difference in cost.
sent copy to agent , with bill that was before with normal lower. ask them to pay difference.
you may find that bill may not be much different, would not worry too much until you get new bill.

 HI THANKS FOR QUICK ANSWER. BUT SOMETIME VOELIA SEND LETTERS WITH INFO LIKE WHO NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LEAKS. AND IN DOES LETTERS CLEARLY YOU CAN FIND INFO WHICH SAID ITS MY RESPONS... TO PAY  FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LEAKS. SO I DONT KNOW. WHATS A NORM LAW IN UK. I WANT TO KNOW 100% OTHER WISE AGENCY CAN SAID ITS YOUR BILL AND THATS IT

 :)hi micro the water company vioelia say its you problem for leaks.
would ring them and ask them direct.. they may say its the owners
responsibility  think the water bill will not be as much as you think.
