Hi,
Last January I was taken to court by my landlord (a housing coop) on rent arrears. I paid off the arrears there and then and the court's ruling was "the claim is adjourned with liberty to restore and shall stand as struck out if no written request to restore is received by 4pm on 13/04/20202" Now on 09/04/2020, my landlord asked for an extension of 6 months to the struck out date.
Since then I have not heard again from neither the court, not my landlord.
I have not been on rent arrears since I paid them off on in January and I am not currently on rent arrears.
Can I assume that the possession claim that the landlord introduced last year(2019) to take me to court (Jan 2020) has now been struck out, or do I need to wait for confirmation from the court that is has been struck out?
