TENANT ADVICE.please:
the check out was done by an independent 3rd party. they raised issues that WERE ON the check IN inventory, so i am annoyed but not bothered about this.. (annoyed, because the whole point of TAKING the check in inventory with you on check out is to cross reference)..HOWEVER, what i am alarmed by is a) i asked on several occasions with 3 weeks notice to be present at the check out. my request was simply ignored. i emailed. i called and a physically walked into the office to ask i be present. and b) apparently after i have received my copy of the check out inventory and filed a dispute based on it, the THIRD PARTY check out company have GONE BACK INTO the property in a later date and "found more issues". THIS CANNOT BE RIGHT SURELY? i cannot envisage any ADR agreeing this is acceptable. THOUGHTS PLEASE. THE landlord had a key from the day i checked out. nov 27th. check out done 29th and then again at a later date.
