Well here goes ,our land lord is useless ,and i mean useless have only ever missed out for three months due to declaring new income to housing benifit that takes three months but informed him as soon as we new .then starts moaning. informed him that this first work after chemo ,says"i dont care  about your situation i want me money " always been moaning knocked on door few months ago telling me he had kept nextdoors deposit cause of the garden and wanted to informe me that he was going to keep ours to .
I repaired the fence refelted the shed, repalced window in shed ,fitted light in the bathrom fitted our own smoke alarm , for took four van loads of waste to tip left in our garden by prvious tenants fitted skews in faceplates of wall sockets and genery look after home very well .asked for the chimmney to be opened to cure  damp in this propertybeen promising to do that for 18 months now ,freezing cold mouldy ,now im recording him giving us greif every time we walk out the house because next door reported him to enviriomental heath and having to replace loads next door ,so always there giving us hasel .he has even said we are good tenants so why is he a ass ,and what can we do ,help us what can we do

By recording him you are probably already doing the right thing. Have you kept the reciepts for the expenses you have incurred? I would go to the CAB if I were you, taking your evidence.

I have gotta say, you were 3 months behind and your the one who is complaining??? thats fucking mental!

When a Landlord has to pay the mortgage company the mortgage and he is 3 months behind what do you think they do?

I would have given you notice the first month you were behind
