Should be a nice room at that price, so in summery:

Sounds like a no brainer to me, its just a shame that its at Gatwick, god that place is a nightmare to get to.

Ah, but Theresa ... the seminar is only £2,500 if booked on the day of the "free workshop", and if two people go together the second goes free, so the true value is only £1,250.

Even if I were daft enough to accept Inside Track's pitch and be willing to help you out with your booking, I still wouldn't be prepared to pay more than £1,250.

You do realise by the time you've paid for that seminar then signed up for their "off plan" property service and probably been offered a few other extras along the way, you'll have spent about half a deposit?

It's become evident that you think you're paying for a holiday! I don't think the seminars come with accommodation. Where did you read that? I've never heard of seminars providing accommodation!
