Wonder can anyone help?

To cut to the chase, I bought a house in August 06, re-financed it to pull some equity out and have used the money to purchase another 2 apartments..I though 'what the hell, i only live once'.  All of these are being rented out luckily. Thats all well and good, but i want to invest further but have quite poor cashflow at the minute and don't want to re-finance again (don't want the repayments even bigger). I have the assets but not the cash to invest further.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Cheers

Hey Greybob,

I'm a little confused. You want further funds, but you don't want the repayments? So i'm guessing a standard bank loan is out of the question? No matter what option you choose for financing your project, you'll need to make repayments...

I like your attitude though- a risk taker. Hopefully it will be worth it.

I think this guy is after a property angel to fund a project and he does the ground work etc.
Property angels are very hard to come by

hi guys new to the site !
Im looking for something similar,
I am a risk taker own a few properties but due to ill health last year had to sell one to keep myself going so to speak.
Does anyone know of any banks that do this type of funding to buy and sell and give them a cut ?

Could be tricky looking for the bank to do a joint venture unless you can demonstrate there is a good equity/genuine discount? Maybe better looking for a property entrepeneur more broad minded than banks
