Ok as you know i have just returned from Ozzz.  While i was out there i took the opportunity to look at investment opps and found out that over in Adalade there is a mining boom happening and people are flocking there to work and there isnt enough places to accomadate these people.
Now this boom is going to last for a while and developers can not build enough to keep people happy.
For an over seas invester whos currancy is strong i can see huge benifits in developing or even New build on the coast around this area.  I did think about it and havnt totaly poo pooed the idea.
Just a thought.
By the way house prices in Aus are stupidly cheap £ for sq ft.  What the pound could buy is amazing.

Oooo, sounds interesting, are you going to go back with the intention to invest any time soon badg?

Na Komodo needs me at the mo, just putting in an order for 10k worth of product and another 20k in firing systems and other bits and pieces.
Would love to buy in Aus, not to live in but just as an investment and maybe holiday home for a few years.

Seeing Neighbours is enough for me !
