Pfag, i am sure any solicitor who is in the know in relation to the trade or problem that you are having probs with,
Suck eggs here,
A mortgage solic may not want to or isnt as good as a solic who deals in business matters etc. you get my drift.
I am also sure, if you havnt been arrested * yet *  you will be ok, after all what can little old you do that is so bad to upset someone !
