I think its for, well know its for a worth while cause, bad practice and your freedom of speech should be able to empower anyone wishing to make a comment or air there view without repremand, Business in the UK get away with so much, If I ran my business this way I would be shut in the blink of an eye.  Person centred face to face business such as the businesses we use when we buy/sell a house should be just that, person centred not service centred.  When we pay for something we hope the pros get it right, if they don't we want the truth as to why,. Its not that hard to do is it !
