On radio this morning a property auctioner was saying that Auction houses are feeling the pinch at the moment at a time when their houses should be busy busy busy.  He said developers are being very choosey at the moment to what they buy.
I recon developers are finding their own bargains outside of the normal avenues, word of mouth and persoanl marketing campaigns all spring to mind !

Makes sense ... its a buyer's market
