Would you be MR CARLOS TUBALLA of THE PROPERTY CENTRE GROUP LTD (formerly TUBALLA PROPERTIES LTD)

This company is listed in the following categories:

68100 - Buying and selling of own real estate
68209 - Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate
68310 - Real estate agencies

Just asking, since you didn't say why, and in what manner, you wanted to connect with landlords

Hi! Yes that is me, we renamed the company but we are also trading as Happy Landlords. We're looking for landlords in the Oxford area who would be interested in company lets. Our services includes guaranteed rents monthly and we also fully cover the management (management of tenants) and maintenance of the property. Hoping to connect with Oxford landlords that are on here!

From the Forum Rules
4) The only reason we're here is to help you. We want to help you, believe me. However, in order to help you we need as much detail as possible. So if you want a genuine response to a genuine problem, please provide us with as much details as possible so you're given the best possible response. There's nothing more frustrating than trying to help someone that doesn't give us the full picture (or at least try to).

6) It goes without saying that any threads/posts that consist of blatant advertising and offer zero substance will be removed immediately.

It feels as though your original post was an attempt at disguised advertising. It didn't offer any substance and it certainly didn't give the full picture.

Apologies for not initially reading the rules. I'm happy for this post to be deleted if admins find the post to be against the rules. I do genuinely just want to connect with Landlords who finds my business model suitable for them. And if not, I would still want to connect and learn about property in general.
