Hi Landlords.

Just stumbled over this resource....great advice, would have been better a few years ago and saved myself a lot of money and heart ache dealing with incompetent and unprofessional agents (Martin &Co, Reading branch).

I have been renting my property in Berkshire for a few years and had no end of issues with agents, currently i am with WHITEKNIGHTS, which have had me over as soon as i re-let my property this summer. I will be going solo with no agent when the current contract is up.

I have been so disillusioned and fed up with agents i have just made a property classifieds website to advertise my property in the near future, a bit excessive i know ;-)

I have no experience as a web developer just motivated to be in control over my own property without an agent ripping me of.

my site has just gone live, early days with no traffic.

As i made it for landlords and vendors to let or sell there house with no fee's i will allow property's to be advertised for free.

Join my fight against the agents.

This is also not an online agent resource either, just a cool modern  platform for everyone. i dont do agents..period...
