That island is about 7 million US dollars. Not bad i'd say.

Would any of you consider purchasing an island?

Looks very cool indeed, the only problem with an island is that i wouldnt be able to drive my Z around the place, ok i could but in seconds.
Very nice to have an island for a private retreat, what would you do though, read, cook, swim, sleep,

I am rapidly learning to avoid LEASEHOLD with a ******* bargepole.

Having some great fun right now with the management company on my current flat (the one I live in, first purchase), its enough to put you off leasehold for life. Last time I got a letter through from my solicitor about it, I actually considered putting the place on the market.

That was pretty nice. It seems like in mallorca spain beaches . THe beach was really clear. Nice place for a vacation.

By the way i did just over a mile on a virtacle climb the other day, it took me 50 mins and 10 secs.
