Hey all,

I have recently had quite a few overseas landlords rent properties to us who have had trouble getting a competitive mortgage for an as they are non-residents based in China. Just wondering if anyone has any advice or contacts that they have found useful?

I'm also interested to know if anyone has any advice/contacts of brokers who deal with HMO mortgages in the UK.
