I am new here and I apologise if this has been asked before. However, I interested in investing in commercial property. Does anyone know where I can find some useful resources/materials/websites for this please?

The Landlord has kindly put together a useful guide for first time landlords, but I believe this only applies to residential property. Any advice would be great please.
