You can't even do that, can you?

You need to be a first-time buyer.
You need to live in the UK.
You must be aged 16 or over.
This needs to be your only home and purchased with a mortgage.
You can use it to buy any home worth up to £250,000 (or up to £450,000 in London).
You can use a Help to Buy ISA with any mortgage; youíre not restricted to a Help to Buy mortgage.
You canít use a Help to Buy ISA if youíre going to rent out the property. This must be the only home you will own and be where you intend to keep living.
You canít use a Help to Buy ISA on an overseas property.
