Hiya,

I've just bought my first property and am trying to advertise for new tenants. I have been told to use gumtree however I am worried about getting poor quality tenants from there.

After doing a bit of searching online I have been looking at a number of companies that offer property advertising services and I wanted to know if anyone could recommend one?

uPad offers a service for £99+Vat
Rentify costs £15

While AdvancetoGO and OpenRent appear to offer the same service for free!

I am confused, PLEASE HELP ME!
