Our tenant who is 54 and an Engineering Consultant, stopped paying rent last year during ill health and claimed housing benefit, which he did not pass on to us.   He now owes us £7.5k, but thankfully has now left the property.    We have his forwarding address, but currently don't want to go down the Small Claims Court route, in case he is still on benefits.  However, since his profession allows him to work from home, I am wondering whether he is now working again and thinking of using the services of a Tracing Agent to confirm this.  Anyone used this sort of service before please?  Many thanks
