Hello, please could someone try and help me?

We are currently in the process of evicting tenants from our property.  We received last week the order of possession which was for the 31st May.  We were awarded costs as well.

My problem is that the tenants have text me annoyed that they have to pay costs, the first text I ignored as don't want to enter into any more discussions with them but they have now text again to see if I got first text.

Would anyone have any ideas on how I should handle this?

It's not your place to educate them.  Maybe text back "Citizens advice bureau should be able to help you with this information"

Just carry on ignoring them.They have had plenty of opportunities to discuss this with you,and made aware that they would be liable for costs.They are either morons or playing silly buggers.

The advice given is true don't enter into any discussions with the tenants now as you was awarded costs so they will have to pay however this maybe be hard to recover ?
