Hi...I'm looking for some advice on what route to take my property on. To cut a long story short I have 2 x 2 bedroom flats and a 3 bedroom house. i rent both flats out earning £300pm profit and I live in the 3 bedroom house. I recently tried to change over the mortgage in my house and the santander (the bank which I use) said they wouldn't be able to help me because of all the mortgages in my name. My question is can I put the flats into a small business that I would start up and also how do I go about doing this. I'm new to the forum.
