Hello to everyone.
This is a follow up thread to one i did a while ago titled "no deposit and other issues" . I am not going to repeat myself so if anyone would like the full story they can look back and read it.

To cut a long story short i need them out of my house.It seems that the dates on s21 are of paramount importance and i want to make sure i dont mess it up.

My AST began on the 1st of the month and has long expired so i am into a periodic tenancy.Although rent is due the 1st of each month in reality i get it when she has got it so rent is paid constantly on different days of the month.

My question is simple ,do i just give her 2 months from the 1st of the month and if so what is the date she has to leave by.

ie   1st october till 31st november or       1st october till 1st  december.


Also where is the best place for me to obtain a legal s21 form.   Should i buy one or are the free internet ones ok.

I hope people dont think me a bit thick on this but i have never done this before and do not want to mess it up.

Any advice gratefully received.
