Morning all, our tenants haven't left us any window keys after they left the property. Has anyone else come across this problem? Am I within my rights to charge them for new handles now?

Window keys tend to be easily replaceable if you take a handle to somewhere that cuts keys they should have them pre-cut. It shouldn't mean new handles but yes, the cost of keys should be down to the tenants. Half the time we find that tenants pack them in error so make sure you have asked them first.
