I have a tenant that has gradually been getting behind with their rent - paying a bit short,  then a bit late, then a bit later, then a lot short!!!

So the question is:  Is there a formal/standard letter that I can use to say to the tenant - you need to pay up to date or move out.  Currently they are almost 2 months in arrears.

Any help much appreciated, thank you.   

2 months arrears means you could issue a section 8 and get them out.
