Squatters/Tenants Keep Returning after Bailiffs Evication

After a lenghty legal battle to evict a tenant who did not have the right to rent (she had obtained the tenancy from a rogue agent who were cited on national tv).

The main tenant had apparently sublet the property as a HMO. She and the other tenants were evicted by the bailiffs. And she had free legal aid!

They broke back into the property by smashing the doors and windows and changing the locks. Vandalized the property but got scared when the builder returned and called the Police. Of course my insurance was voided due to subletting and not proper credit checks by agent.

When the builder visited the location he found they have broken back in again, and said that there are squatters, they've changed the locks and have removed the security boards, causing vandalism. From the photos it looks like sheet partitions through the window.

Police have been notified and will make a visit to assess within the next 48 hours.

What will happen if they don't assess the report as criminal? £10K was paid to remove the tenants in 2017.

I don't wish to pay more legal costs to remove them?

Please advise. Thank you.
