hi all.hope understand my little english.my boss help to me to manage the renting to my home.(i work in different location and i used another home to stay close to my job).the new agent (friend to my boss)manage the new tenant,check credit reference and give the key to the tenant.the rent start from 9 march.only 10 april the agent send me contract.but the contract to me(landlord) and the agent.dont give me the tenancy agreement and any information to the tenant.i call the office and i ask to meet.finally, because is overtime to closed the office, the agent want the contract signed, but i ask him waiting because i dont sure all the word.the problem is :
1)the agent ask to tenant to signed the contract and pay rent direct to the agent.not to me.
2)the tenant give 1 month deposit.but when i ask the agent to provide me(landlord) and the tenant the proof of deposit(DPS...MYDEPOSIT..),the agent dont give me any info to check online the deposit.
3)because after the first time i come in office, my contact is only from email, i never  signed my contract to manage the home, before the agent dont give me the proof to cover the deposit.i search my self but never cover.trhe rent start 9 march ,now is 16 may.
4)the home is partially furnished, very little and in the contract want charge inventory every 6 month.the tenancy agreement provide only for 6 month, when i ask to provide a year.in the contract ,the word is ,after end tenancy is automatic to renew another 6 month but is little fees+vat.to me and the tenant.i ask , i need agent for ONE-OFF TENANT FIND, but never answers my email.
FINALLY: the agent dont cover the deposit.dont want back the deposit to the tenant.(the tenant after back THE DEPOSIT  transfer to me and myself i transfer to my account DPS).after i provide to tenant the login and password and new id for register to DPS.because i dont signed any contract from me and the agent,whats happen?dont answer my email.never provide to me proof to deposit and the tenancy agreement.i am very confused.thank for any help.
