Hi everyone,
Bit of advice please.
I'm in the process of buying a property with a sitting tenant, the previous owner has a local letting agency dealing with the tenant, are there any reasons/ pitfalls with getting rid of the agency ?

Do you need an expensive telephone answering and rent passing on service?
