Hi all
My tenant has given notice - which is great cause he was not a good tenant- but now he is not allowing viewing for new tenants or myself to inspect the property.

Any suggestions please?

You could say that for  the tenant's deposit to be dealt with and returned, it is necessary to inspect.

Diffiult  I am sure, but try this.

They are in breach of their tenancy agreement if you've stipulated it in the contract, your recourse for this is that you could serve notice, which is pointless as they're leaving anyway.  You can't let you self in either so you might have to deal with a void, which is totally normal.
