Hi I am after some advice on a shower fan with humidistat.
I was up the rental yesterday discussing new bath taps, and she mentioned mould in the shower which will genuinely be a first for me in 15 odd years, turns out they are not using the shower fan or opening a window! I did explain but could see it was not fully going in as they are from far away, even though the windows have truckle vents which of course were closed.

So I am after a shower fan that they can switch on as usual, plus I would like a humidistat so the thing can turn itself on as needed.
I have googled quite a bit, but can only find wall mounted units and I would like it ceiling mounted so hopefully it will be an easier fit using existing trunking etc.
I am not even sure such a thing exists?

Thank you

Something like this? https://www.justfans.co.uk/dx100-extractor-axial-p-144.html
N.B. be careful when Googling: justfans and onlyfans are very much not the same thing.  :)

With the humidistat option it'll set you back a hundred quid or so, plus the cost of the electrician.

My preferred option is usually a decent-sized inline fan mounted up in the loft on an anti vibration base so the noise doesn't push the tenants to switch it off, and wired to the lights on an overrun timer.
