My neighbors upstairs are complaining about my tenants

I'd like to serve the tenants notice on their Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement

What is the nature of the complaints? What have the tenants done?

Are the complaints in proportion to the actual behaviour of the tenants?

Normally landlords should not get involved in disputes between their tenants and neighbours - but I can understand you wanting to do so if the neighbours are just upstairs from you. Have you tried calm negotiation between the neighbours and tenants?

Do you want to evict these tenants for any reasons other the neighbour's complaint?

How long has the AST been in place? Is there a break clause? Is the AST still in its fixed term or has be gone periodic?

Let the neighbors deal with their own problems. Your tenants are your customers, the neighbors are not your problem.

Did you used to live there?
Have you any idea how difficult and stressful evicting someone or getting involved in a neighbor dispute is?

You shouldn't even know this. And, unless you live adjacent, they're not your neighbours. And you spelled neighbours wrong.
