Hi All,

Still, 2 months left for the fixed-term tenancy to end and haven't heard back from the tenant about their intention to stay or leave. I have also informed them about the rent increase but no response yet. I have scheduled a routine inspection next week to see the condition of the house.

Shall I serve Section 21 now via email or ask again the tenant about their plan to stay or leave or after inspecting the house decide whether to renew or not based on the condition of the house?
