Can anyone advise please, we have tenants in our property they were served a Section 21 beginning of March so they should have left by beginning of May, they haven't left and not paid any rent, we now have to serve them with an accelerated possession order, the Estate Agents led us to believe they would do all this for us] but they don;t so I am having to do the APO myself I don't have a legal background and find it very confusing Im scared if I do it wrong and it gets thrown out resulting in us having to start all over again.

Does anyone have any experience of doing these or do you know of anyone we can get to help us ensure it is completed correctly?

We were with a company in Bolton that had been trading for years who put this couple in our property and they have since stopped trading , we have recently found out they didn't do a credit check and this guy has a list of CCjs as long as your arm
