My ex managing agent is not sending on rents to me. I have tried putting pressure on him when a tenant leaves and wants his deposit back, and now am planning to complain to the Trading Standards and the Property Ombudsman. Any ideas?

my agent didnt send 5 thousand pound on to my bank account, i had to goback to the uk from australia, didnt get me anywhere as he had gone into liquidation     tracked him down gave him ear ache didnt get me anywhere but just to see the look on his face and his wife running to there posh kitchen made me feel better
