We've not yet discussed the contract ending/ monthly renewal

Under the new rules is there anything I should be concerned about when signing a new agreement.

Any hints on the best places to research?

I understand the deposit held at the Dps can only be 5 weeks rent if a new contract is signed.  But that's it.

Why sign a new agreement? SPT is where it's at.
